4. Where We Store Your Personal Information and With Whom We Share It
The personal information that we collect from you in relation to the provision of our website will be transferred to, and processed in the USA by, ACS so that we can perform our contractual obligations with you.
Due to the international reach of the company, ACS Motion Control will safely store your personal information in a US based server and has the right to send information within its servers and systems if the business requires it.

Google reCAPTCHA
So-called “captchas” are security functions to verify whether a human being or a computer makes a certain input. “Captcha” stands for “Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart”.
For this purpose, we use the service “reCAPTCHA” provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google.”). Object of the data protection
The object of the data protection is personal data.
