R&D Analog and Power Hardware Engineer
About The Position
• Design and development of boards for Motion Control applications:
• Amplifiers
• Power Supplies
• High and low voltage circuits
• Digital/Analog interfaces
• Use advanced simulation tools to shorten the development cycle
• Participate in the architecture design of future applications and requirements
• Own safety and certification processes for analog and power boards
• Support existing designs, implement changes and reliability improvement enhancements, test and validate new designs
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Define Requirements, Specs and Interfaces, write Design, Spec and Validation documents
• Design and develop Digital/Analog boards
• Select major components, lead layout and placement using contractors
• Perform Bring-Up tasks, validate design, support transition to manufacturing, and support the boards in their life cycle
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a similar degree
• Proven experience in designing power electronics
• Excellent knowledge of relevant CAD and simulation tools
• Experience with motion and control systems - advantage

• Ability to work in a team of engineers in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Innovative and creative in solving complex problems
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
