ACS Motion Control is a supplier of high-end motion control products designed to meet the needs of high-tech equipment manufacturers across high-impact sectors including Semiconductor, Electronics, Laser micro machining and BioMed. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President (VP) of Sales to lead our global sales and technical support teams and drive ambitious revenue growth in the company emerging industry.

As a key member of our leadership team, the VP Sales will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and expanding our global footprint.

In this role, the VP Sales will be responsible for cultivating long-term partnerships, identifying innovative opportunities to expand our customer base, and winning new OEM accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in scaling sales in international markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP Sales will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by driving transformative growth, leading a global high-performing team to new heights, and taking our sales strategy to the next level.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse international Sales and Technical Support teams (20+ people), providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to ensure sales targets are met and high-quality tech support is provided to our customers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for global markets, including Asia, the United States, Europe and Israel, to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring effective customer engagement and technical sales support for highly complex projects.
  • Responsible for forecasting future trends and outcomes based on data analysis.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence and drive business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team to define business goals, and performance metrics.
  • Manage and grow annual sales revenues by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing sales channels.
  • Lead the expansion into new international markets, leveraging company's' expertise and presence in Asia, the US, EU and Israel, to identify key growth areas.
  • Be willing to undertake extensive international travel to meet with customers and partners, attend trade shows, and support global sales efforts

 

Requirements

Key Requirements:

 

  • Education: BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a must. An MBA degree is a strong advantage.
  •  
  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading a high-performing international sales team (minimum 15 people) in a highly technical industry.
  • Proven track record in selling complex products within the motion control, machine automation, and/or semiconductors sectors.
  • Experience in driving annual sales revenues of over $80M.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior staff member reporting to the CEO in multinational, technology-focused companies with more than 150 employees.
  • Strong familiarity with sales dynamics in the Asia, US, and EU markets.

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a global sales force to achieve targets and drive continuous growth.
  • Ability to engage in effective negotiation strategies to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented approach, strong desire to learn and explore new ideas, processes, and technologies.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining positive, productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.


  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally on an extensive basis.
  • Location: The candidate must reside north of Tel Aviv and be willing to work at least 4 days per week at the company’s headquarters in Yokneam.
