Meet Alexander Masover, an electrical engineer who came to Israel 22 years ago from Saint Petersburg and joined our technical team in the production department. As Alexander is about to retire, we were happy to hear his experiences after working so many years in the company:
• Alex, what do you like the most about your job?
I like the dynamism of the job, the fact that with the growth of the company, new products are launched which must be studied from a technical point of view. I gain a deeper understanding of the products and how to troubleshoot them. This is challenging and fun.
• Where do you feel the most prominent connections to the characteristics of the company? (Advancing Technology, Collaborative Culture, Striving for Growth)
Personally, I feel connected to advanced technology. I’m pleased by the pace of innovation in the products. Through the years it allowed me to grow and develop professionally in my field.
• How does it feel to be an ACS employee? What do you think makes ACS special to you?
I am proud to be ACS employee. I have a great appreciation for the owner of the company with whom I had a considerable number of conversations. The interaction has always been pleasant, and honest. It should not be taken for granted, that such a person can develop such values. The lack of feeling of hierarchy between employees and managers gives me emotional and mental satisfaction.
