The Applications & Technical Support Engineer is part of a global team responsible for supporting customers in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining ACS motion control solutions. The role focuses on motion control application development, system tuning, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure successful customer deployment.


主要职责与责任

v Develop motion control applications (real-time multi-axis motion programming).

v Perform system tuning and feedback/control optimization.

v Provide remote and on-site application support to customers.

v Work closely with high-tech equipment manufacturers (Semiconductors, Mobile Devices & Flat Panel Displays, Life Sciences, Photonics, and more).

v Serve as a primary technical point of contact for application and support topics.

v Investigate and resolve technical issues related to ACS products.

v Deliver technical trainings, seminars, and customer presentations.

v Create technical materials (white papers, application notes, videos, and tutorials).

要求

v B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

v Basic knowledge of control theory.

v Programming skills (e.g., C, C++, VB.NET).

v Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

v Ability to work independently and learn quickly.

v Fluent English (written and spoken).

 

Advantage

v Experience in mechatronics, automation, or control systems.

v Previous customer support/application engineering experience.
