We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative and Welfare Specialist at our company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the company's administrative functions and fostering a positive employee experience through the planning and execution of various welfare activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Administration:
· Track and approve invoices, including the opening of purchase requisitions.
· Manage leasing matters, including communication with leasing companies and addressing employee inquiries.
· Assist in organizing international employee travel, handling flight, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
· Coordinate guest visits, including flight coordination, accommodation, and organizing activities for visitors and hosts.
· Liaise with building management for maintenance issues.
· Order and manage office equipment.
· Organize employee transportation, manage the company's phone plan, and coordinate with media companies.
· Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
· Regularly update data in the HR system.
2. Welfare:
· Plan and execute company events such as Happy Hours, employee gift trips, etc.
· Support and handle individual employee matters to enhance the overall employee experience.
3. Recruiting
· Assist in coordinating interviews for candidates.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in administration and welfare roles.
- Proficient in working with attendance systems, HR systems, and procurement systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent service mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
- Openness and willingness to learn.
