About The Position

Role Overview

ACS Motion Control is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and manage the company’s global recruitment activities.

This role is hands-on and includes full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, close collaboration with hiring managers, and active sourcing of top talent globally.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end global recruitment processes across various roles
  • Partner closely with managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, agencies, and additional platforms
  • Utilize AI-based recruiting and sourcing tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality
  • Screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and track recruiting KPIs
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes and tools


Requirements

  • BA in Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences / Organizational Psychology
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a Hi-Tech environment
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing methodologies and recruitment tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools related to recruitment and sourcing
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and independent
  • Good English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in a global environment and across time zones
