About The Position
job Description
ACS Motion Control is seeking a talented and highly motivated Quality Inspector to perform Inspection to ACS products – final inspection and in-process inspection.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
> Performing Quality inspection for finished goods.
> Performing Quality inspection for in-process goods.
> Performing FAI for new products.
> Supporting at gathering production quality data at different production stages – using checklists and Excel reports.
> Incoming inspection of PCBA, plastic and metal parts.
Requirements
Required Knowledge and Experience
> Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Inspection in Electro-Mechanical environment - Advantage.
> Proficient at reading and understanding mechanical drawings- Advantage.
> Proficient in soldering inspection – IPC610 Class 2- Advantage.
> Good skills using conventional measuring tools (caliper) – Advantage.
> Proficient in mechanical assemblies' inspection- Advantage.
> Relevant Quality Inspection training – Advantage.
> Practical Engineer in Electronics/Mechanics– Optional.
> Self-motivated and independent.
> Very good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew – Required (English – Advantage).
> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Familiar with ERP systems (Priority an advantage).
